100-300mm Cable Tray Rollforming Machine, Perforated Cable Tray Production Line

This cable tray roll forming line can produce 100mm to 300mm width cable trays and cable ladders with automatic width adjustment. Users only need to key in the width of the cable trays, the roller stands can move in and out to adjust the gap between the rollers for various cable trays widths. Main material can be used are cold / hot rolled steel coils with 1.0mm to 2.5mm thickness.

Whole production line consists of hydraulic decoiler, material levelling unit, punching unit, embossing unit, material guiding unit, roll forming unit, cutting unit, support table, electrical control cabinet and hydraulic station, etc.

*   Decoiler: manual decoiler / hydraulic decoiler (depend on clients' requirement)

*   Levelling Unit: when material thickness is more than 1.5mm, we equip a levelling unit for good flatness of the material

*   Hydraulic Punching Unit: punching holes, slots and patterns as clients require

*   Rollforming Unit: automatic width adjustment, 1.5kw * 2 motors for adjusting the roller stands

*   Hydraulic Cutting Unit: cutting after roll forming, hydraulic powered cutting, stop-to-cut type

*   Runout Tables: support the cable trays and cable ladders after cutting

*   Electric Control Cabinet: PLC control system, famous brand (Siemens, Panasonic, YASKAWA, etc) electric components

*   Hydraulic Station: offer power for punching, embossing and cutting

Working Process: coil unwinding - material levelling - punching or embossing - roll forming - cutting - final product
