Brief Description

Steel roof tile machine is able to produce lightweight roof cladding panels with the shape of classical clay tiles and glazed tiles. Main material can be roll formed are color coated steel coils, galvanized steel coils with the thickness of 0.3-0.7mm.

Steel coils go through loading on decoiler, unwinding, feeding into the rollformer, roll form into required profiles, punching steps on the formed roofing sheet, cutting to desired length and finally output the tile shape roof panels.
