  Brief Description  
This machine is able to roll form color coated steel coils and galvanized steel coils with the thickness of 0.3mm to 0.7mm. We have three designs of step tile roll former: economical design, high speed machine design, super high speed machine design. And this machine is an economical design with line speed of 3-4m/min.
 
Machine Features

• With Panasonic PLC control system.
• Electrically driven via chain and sprocket.
• H beam steel welded roll former base with 18mm thick steel plate welded on the base as main structure.
• Unpowered manually pre-cutting device before roll forming for easy cutting coils when finished producing or change coils.
• Hydraulically powered punching step tiles and cutting to length.
• Tolerance of steps is ±0.5mm and length tolerance is ±2mm.
• Single mandrel decoiler / uncoiler with manually adjust.

New Punching Design
The design of punching and cutting in this steel roof tile forming machine is an old one, and now we have improved the design. In the new one, punching mold and cutting mold are assembled on the common base as a integration while work separately.
