Brief Description
R101 metal sheets are widely used for roof cladding in the American countries. This roll forming machine is made to produce R101 roofing profile with 25mm height, 144mm pitch distance and 101mm cover width. Main material can be roll formed are galvanized steel coils and pre-painted galvanized steel coils of 1220mm width and 0.3-0.7mm thickness.
Like other metal sheets machine, main work process of whole line is steel coils unwinding, material feeding and guiding, roll forming to required profiles and cutting to length.
