Machine Advantages  

• Automatic Line With Easy Operation: with PLC control system, users only need to key in related production data such as cutting length and quantity, then the machine will run automatically from decoiling to final product outputting.
• H beam steel welded machine basement with individual roller stands bolted on to form the main structure. Touch surface of machine base and roller stands are processed by CNC milling machine for high location precision.
• Long Service Life: All rollers are queched for high strength and chromed to avoid rustiness. All electrical and hydraulic elements are selected from famous brand with high quality.
• Exact Cutting Length Tolerance: equip with encoder for length measuring and cutting tolerance is +/-1mm.
• Safety Protective: Roll forming part are covered with protective mesh; cutting unit is painted yellow for warning.
