  Brief Descirption  
This machine is made to produce mini corrugated roofing sheets with 8mm wave height and 40mm pitch distance. Material can be roll formed are 0.4mm to 0.6mm thick G550 galvanized steel coils with the feeding widths of 914mm, 1000mm and 1250mm. 
 

 
Work Flow: decoiling--->feeding--->guiding--->roll forming--->cutting--->end product
 
  Machine Components & Layout  

• 5Ton manual uncoiler is a standard accessory for roll forming line, and 5Ton hydraulic uncoiler is optional.
• We equip a pre-cutting device ( manual guillotine ) before roll forming for easily cutting the unsmooth parts of coils and cutting the material when users need to change another coil for producing.
• Believe Industry Company has high speed machine design with 20-30m/min and 30-40m/min.
