This machine can produce Z100, Z150, Z200, Z250, Z300 purlins with galvanized steel coils of 1.5-3.0mm thickness. As per customers'd requirement, the machine speed can reach up to max 15m/min including punching and cutting.
Main components of the production line are deoiler, levelling unit, punching unit, roll forming unit, cutting device, run out table, electric control system, hydraulic system, etc.
Workflow: coil unwinding - levelling - punching holes - servo feeding - roll forming - straightening - servo tracking cutting - collecting
