  Brief Introduction  

Believe Industry Company manufacture standard Z purlin roll forming machine. This machine can produce Z100, Z150, Z200, Z250, Z300 purlins with cold rolled steel coils of 1.6-3.2mm thickness. Main work process are steel coil uploading, unwinding, feeding and guiding, levelling, pre-punching, roll forming and hydraulic cutting.

Machine Features

• With PLC automatic control system.
• Roll forming speed is 12-15m/min.
• Whole line speed is 6-8m/min including online levelling, punching, roll forming and cutting.
• Electrically drive via double chain and sprocket.
• Manually adjust the rollers and spacers for producing each dimension of Z purlins.
• Post hydraulically powered cutting device, users need to change cutting blades for each dimension.
