Brief Description
This machine is made to produce c-shape and z-shape purlins for steel building construction. Users need to adjust roller directions manually for CZ profiles change over. Purlin web width can be automatically adjust from 100mm to 300mm. Main material to be run are 1.6mm to 3.2mm thick cold rolled steel coils and galvanized steel coils.

Roller stands are fastened on a plate which can move in and out through a linear guide to change the gap between rollers for roll forming different sizes. Automatic adjusting is easier and more convenient than manually adjust the rollers and spacers.
