  Description  

The CZ purlin manufacturing machine can produce both Cee-shape and Zed-shape purlins by adjust the directions of the rollers. Both sides of roller stands are able to move in and out through the linear guide automatically for roll forming purlins with variable dimensions of C100, C150, C200, C250, C300, Z100, Z150, Z200, Z250 and Z300.

Working Process

Steel coil uploading on the decoiler--coil unwinding--material levelling--pre-punching holes--pre-cutting the material into required length--roll forming into C or Z shape--output final products

  Machine Features  

• Panasonic PLC automatic control system
• Can run material thickness from 1.5mm to 3.0mm and maximum thickness up to 4.0mm
• Electrically driven via chain and sprocket
• Hydraulically powered pre-punching and pre-cutting device
• H beam steel welded machine base and cast iron roller stands
• All rollers are made of high strength material GCr15 and chromed with 0.05mm thickness
