CZ Purlin Interchangeable Roll Forming Machine With Infinitely Adjustable Cutting Dies
Description
This CZ purlin machine can produce C-shape U-shape and Z-shape purlins with the web width of 100mm to 300mm. Material can be roll formed are galvanized steel coils with 1.5-4.0mm thickness. Main components of this production line are decoiler, guiding and leveling device, pre-punching device, roll former, hydraulic cutting device, collecting table, hydraulic station, etc.
Machine Advantages
Manually adjust the direction of the first groups of rollers to change profile C to Z
One side or both sides of the rollers are installed on a movable base, which can move in and out through the linear guide to adjust the gap between rollers according to each purlin dimension
Upgraded cutting technology with quick change dies, no need to change cutting blades for each profile and dimension. It's easy to do a little adjustment of the cutting device.
