CZ Purlin Machine Layout

Work Process: uncoiling-->levelling-->punching-->cutting-->roll forming-->C/Z purlin end product

Uncoiler: 3Ton single mandrel decoiler; unpowered for expanding and unwinding.
Leveller: 5-Roller leveller, up 2 bottom 3.
Punching Unit: hydraulically powered for punching holes on the material.
Pre-cutting Device: one set of cutting blades is suitable for cut all purlin dimensions.
Roll Forming Unit: Cast iron roller stands installed on movable base, can automatically .move to adjust the gap between rollers for roll forming each dimension of purlin. Users need to adjust the roller directions manually to change over the roll forming of profile C to Z.
Receiving Tables: unpowered receiving tables, 6 meters long.
