Brief Description
This steel L section roll forming line combines levelling, punching, cold roll forming, cutting and electric controlling technology together. Various dimensions of L shape sections can be produced on one machine by adjust the rollers and spacers.

7-Roller Leveller: used for levelling the material before punching and roll forming when thickness is more than 1.5mm. Hydraulic Punching Unit: punching holes and slots on the L shape sections as required. (If for high machine speed and high output, we suggest individual leveling unit and punching unit.) |
3 different dimensions of L sections can be formed in one machine by adjusting the gap between rollers. Users need to change the cutting molds for each measurment.
