100mm Galvanized Steel Round Seam Joint Rain Downpipe Roll Forming Machine With Elbow Machine & Pipe End Necking Machine
Brief Introduction
This round downpipe roll forming machine is designed for producing round seam joint type rain drainage pipes with 100mm diameter. We can also make machines for producing 75mm, 87mm, 120mm round pipes with 0.3-0.8mm thickness.
Whole galvanized steel downpipe producing line contains a main pipe roll forming machine, pipe bending machine(elbow machine), and a pipe end necking machine. The main roll forming machine is consisted of a 3Ton decoiler, feeding and guiding unit, roll forming stations, straightening unit, hydraulic cutting unit, electric chain drive system, electric control system and hydraulic system, etc. The elbow bending machine can bend the pipes into 90 degree, 135 degree, 150 degree or as required. The necking machine shrinks the pipe ends for two pipes easily joint together.
