Description
This machine is available for producing thrie-beam profile highway guardrail panels. Main material can be roll former are 2.0 to 3.0mm galvanized steel coils and stainless steel, etc. Forming speed is around 12-15m/min and line speed is approx 8m/min with punching and cutting.

Main Components And Whole Line Layout
1. 5Ton Uncoiler: for holding and unwinding the coil

3. Leveller: ensure good flatness of the material before punching and roll forming
