  Description  
This roll forming machine is designed to produce steel floor decking sheets cooperated with concrete slab working as the flooring system of steel constructions. 
 
Material can be roll formed by this machine are 0.8-1.2mm thick galvanized steel coils. There are 34 roll forming staions of this floor deck machine and the first group of rollers are embossing rollers used to press strengthen ribs on the steel decks as required.

1. A 40GP container is needed for loading the whole roll forming line
2. Main roll forming unit is separated into 3 parts for easy loading
3. Main machine parts are fastened inside of the container by steel wire
4. Electric parts and hydraulic parts are wrapped with plastic film and fastened inside of the container
