Chain Sprokets Driven Type Roll Forming Machine

It is obvious thatChain-sprokets transmission effective. So it is widely used for producing thin steel products. such as Metal Roofing Sheets Roll Forming Machine, Purlin Machine ,etc. ( And of course, Gear box or Gear and Worm is also used as per requirements)

Chain Sprokets is not a good choice for high speed and precision application because it doesn't work well on length tolerance.

Gear Box Transmission Roll Forming Equipment

Gearbox and universal joint shafts are strong and heavy! This type of transmission can provide big power to roll forming equipment so that the equipment could work stable and ensure the precision or accuracy of the final cold-formed profiles.

On the other hand. this method is cost too much, and have to work in a clean workshop. And need more spaces.

Now, there are only few factories adopt Gear and Worm as the transmission method. so we are not talking about it here.
