Description

The sigma profile roll forming machine is a complete production line for manufacturing 1.2mm to 2.0mm thick purlins with sigma profile. This machine is also known as M-shape purlin rollforming line. Main components of whole production line are 3Ton uncoiler, feeding device, levelling unit, punching unit, pre-cutting device, roll forming stations and receiving tables.

Automatic Size Adjust

One side of the roller stands is installed on a movable base.
The base can move in and out automatically through the linear guide to adjust the gap between rollers.
Users only need to input related data on the touch screen, the roller stands will adjust accordingly.
Web width of the sigma purlin ranges from 100mm to 320mm.
1.5kw * 2 electric power for roller stands adjust.
